The first festival summed up the results of the project of the same name, which became the winner of the grant contest "The changing museum in the changing world" of the Vladimir Potanin Foundation. In the course of this project the works of the romantic artist V.Losev were collected and presented to the citizens of Volgograd. The festival was appreciated by the citizens of Volgograd and first of all - professional artists, students of art schools, creative studios and University students who receive education in creative specialties.

The city demanded continuation.
